Welcome to my little sanctuary here in Westchase, Tampa

If you were to ask my friends and clients to describe me, they may say something along the lines of “strong, honest, funny, INCREDIBLE MASSAGE THERAPIST,” and while all of that may be true, I aspire for something even deeper. I strive to live my life with integrity, passion, kindness, and gratitude for all the blessings this beautiful life on earth has to offer.

The purpose of Sole Massage Studio is to create a soft, nurturing, safe space for those seeking to release what no longer serves them. I deeply believe in the power of emotional release — our bodies carry more than just the aches and pains of the work week; they also hold years of unspoken stories, stress, and emotions within our body.

Here, you are invited to release what you are ready to let go of. During my work, mt intention is to guide that trapped energy out of your body so you can begin to truly heal and reconnect with yourself. There is only so much science can account for when it comes to human suffering, and while I am a strong believer in science, I will forever be a student of the universe. I deeply enjoy Astrology, Tarot, Buddhism, Eastern Medicine, and all things spiritual.

I began my studies at the University of South Florida, where I earned my honors degree in Exercise Science in 2016. I continued my education at the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in 2018, graduating with honors as a Licensed Massage Therapist through the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including medical massage clinics, wellness centers, and day spas.

After spontaneously and somewhat blindly taking a leap of faith into creating my own massage business, I discovered newest passion along the way: Barefoot Massage. I furthered my education in Barefoot Massage modalities through multiple schools, including Center for Barefoot Massage, Deep Feet, and The Elm Massage + Bodywork, along with personal one-on-one training. In my career, I have accumulated well over 5,000 hours of bodywork training and experience.

After five years in bodywork, my passion naturally expanded into Korean skincare and aesthetics. I completed my aesthetics training at Chic Image Academy in 2024. While I may still be a newbie esthie, the excitement is very much alive — along with the constant chase for knowledge, creativity, and growth. My facials are heavily massage influenced, so don’t be surprised if you melt into the table!

The power of touch extends far beyond the skin; it reaches into the depths of our being, where healing truly begins.
